SNOWED IN - 4 Tugs from the Moran Towing Co docked in Portsmouth NH during a snowstorm. The buildings along Bow street are in the background with the new Memorial Bridge to the left. The softness in the foreground is caused by river currents and sea smoke. Sea smoke occurs when the air temperature is colder than the water temperature. The docked tugs are Mary M. Coppedge, Town Point, Drum Point and Fort Macon. I used an umbrella to shield the camera lens from the hard blowing snow.
